A clear, well-lit photo of your pet’s face or full body works best. Avoid blurry, unnatural posture, and outfits for the best results.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Production usually takes 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–14 days.

4. Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes! We can provide a preview upon request before we start production. Just WhatsApp us :)

5. What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your case arrives defective or with printing errors, we’ll replace it for free. Just contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

6. Can I return custom cases?

Because each case is unique and made to order, custom cases are final sale unless there’s a defect or production error.
